Improving our feeling of self-worth is extremely important as it makes us feel confident about ourselves and external rejections and failures in life feels less painful as we know how to cope up with it. 

  • Identify your abilities and strengths and feel proud about it and find ways to how it can be used to shape your career. 
  • Tell yourself you are good enough and motivate yourself to do better by using positive affirmations. If we believe in ourselves it is enough to conquer the world.
