On an average a person should sleep for 7-8 hours each night. Following a proper pre sleep routine helps to calm down and ensures a better sleep. Sometimes due to stressful days and tough schedules our sleep time gets affected and when a person is not able to sleep well then the entire next day is lazy and the person might experience mood swings and end up having a bad day.
