Feeling like your failures will inevitably get you either fired, or in the dog-house at least, limits you from exploring different ideas or trying new things that could perhaps increase productivity. This is something that takes a while to notice, but reduces motivation greatly.

If you feel that there is repeated dysfunction or confusion on how the system should operate, it Is evident that there needs to be more clarity in your workplace. It the job of a good leader to set ground rules and a functional system in the workplace. Communication here, is key.
There’s never-ending gossip and drama
Gossip and drama have always been non-conducive to a healthy work environment. It distracts employees from the job they are hired for resulting in low productivity. Nobody wants that!
There’s high employee turnover
