Here are some very easy and quick workout methods that everyone can do at home and be fit. Considering that you’re eating healthy too.
1. Jumping Jacks – It’s a jump done from a standing position with the arms and legs pointing outwards. Time Duration: 1 minute.

2. Wall Sits or Squats – Crouch or sit with your knees bent and heels close to or touching your back of thighs.
Time Duration: 1 minute.

3. Push Up – A Press-up also called a push-up is an exercise move where a person lifts themself off the ground and back towards it with their arms. Press-ups help the pectoral muscles and triceps.
Time Duration: 1 minute.

4. Sit Up – It begins with lying with the back on the floor, typically with the arms across the chest or hands behind the head and the knees bent in an attempt to reduce stress on the back muscles and spine, and then elevating both the upper and lower vertebrae from the floor.

5. Running in place – All you need to do stand at one place and run while staying at that place only.
