Apple Smoothie
½ c skim or soy milk
6 oz (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 med apple peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp cashew butter
Handful of ice
Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon.

1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
