Lemon garlic shrimp with pasta
Ingredients:
1 tsp Coconut oil
3 tbsp garlic chopped
crushed red pepper flakes
2 cups organic Zucchini
16 oz pasta/noodles. rinsed and drained
12 oz cooked and peeled shrimps
1/4 fresh lemon juice

Method:
Place a non-stick over a medium a heat and coat with oil. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, organic zucchini; Cook until it turns golden brown and zucchini is soft. Add shrimps, stirring gently until excess water has evaporated. Once all the liquid has evaporated add salt and lemon juice.
Buffalo chicken rolls
Ingredients
2 tbsp coconut oil
3-4 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2 wing sauce
4 whole wheat rolls
1 cup cheese crumbled
2 celery stalks
Method:
Pour oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add chicken and wing sauce and cook to warm. Evenly divide chicken between rolls, sprinkle cheese on top and serve with celery.
