A 14-year old boy from Indonesia, Akmal has claimed to have given eggs. Akmal belongs to Gowa in Indonesia’s South Sulawesi province and says he has been laying eggs since 2015. Till now Akmal has given 20 eggs and even the doctors have been taken aback by this boy!
While it may seem ridiculous, the family has agreed to this fact and even have an X-ray which shows an egg inside Akmal’s body. Experts have been sceptical saying that such a development is impossible. They believe that these eggs could have been put inside in his body. His dad Rusli told local media, “In two years he laid 18 eggs and 2 today, so in total there have been 20. I cracked the first egg and its content was all yellow, no white.” He was thus admitted to the Syekh Yusuf Hospital for this condition and even managed to ‘lay’ eggs in front of them.
The doctors said there is a possibility, those eggs were inserted from his rectum! Akmal is insistent that he has laid those eggs. The boy is kept under strict supervision in the hospital so that he can be studied. He will have no access to eggs, whatsoever. “Scientifically chicken eggs cannot form inside the human body. It’s impossible, especially in the digestive system,” said Muhammad Taslim, a spokesman for the hospital.`Akmal’s father says, “He never swallowed eggs whole, why would he do that? I am an imam (cleric) in my village, so there’s no voodoo. I only believe in the Lord.” The doctors are seriously studying this case with much discretion to find out if eggs can really form inside a human’s body system.
