- Walk: it helps clear the mind and offers you a different perspective.
- Indulge: take a say off to do exactly what you like even if it means just laying in bed and relaxing.
- Generosity: giving always makes the heart feel soft and fizzy inside even if it means just giving a smile to a stranger.
- Observe: sit in a coffee shop or park and just soak in your surroundings. Focus on sights and sounds.
- Educate yourself: research, explore and learn about new things. The world is full of exquisite things that one can find interest in.
- Prepare: make a list of things that you gave to accomplish for the next day, it helps you mentally prepare for it.
- Strength: write down 20 things that make you strong.
- Move forward: life is all about stepping forward and not dwelling on the past. Being stagnant doesn’t serve you.
- Revisit an old hobby: if you don’t have one, create one.
- Prioritise: decide what’s important and learn to say no to extra obligations.
