Health means a person has a good physical health, no injuries, diseases, or good mental health and well-being. And whereas Fitness is a state or condition of being physically active. It is also a result of general nutrition and proper conditioning. Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. Fitness is also defined as a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity. When you start to view health and fitness as a lifestyle rather than a part-time hobby or a 30 days challenge, you develop behaviour that will improve many parts of your life. 

Fitness is made up of several components that is:

  1. Stamina
  2. Strength
  3. Power
  4. Flexibility 
  5. Coordination
  6. Balance.

Fitness is a very important part of our lives. To make health and fitness a lifestyle, all you need to do is focus on your goals and fitness specially. When you choose to live a healthy lifestyle, you not only do yourself a favour, but you set an amazing example for all of those people and young generations around you.
