We all have dreams, but what exactly they mean? Well a nightmare could be pure terror. Some of us suffer from the occasional nightmare, and some seem to experience them almost every night.

Have you ever dreamt of your own death? If your answer is yes, then you are not alone. We all have had bad dreams.

So while we are discussing nightmares, aren’t you curious to know what exactly those nightmares mean and why do you have them? Well, here are some of the nightmares that most of us have and what they imply.

Falling from a height 

Nightmares about falling represent lack of freedom and power. So next time if you experience falling from a height then you know why?

Natural disaster 

This kind of nightmare is caused by anxiety or nervousness about anything.

Seeing dead people 

Many people dream of seeing dead people. This because we are struggling emotionally and can’t cope with the fact that they are gone whereas seeing own death represents inner transformations and positive development.

Being chased or attacked 

These types of dreams are frequently manifestations of being afraid of confrontation regarding something in your life.

Death of family member or loved ones 

This can be a straightforward nightmare that simply represents a feeling of dread from the individual about their partner leaving them and being alone.
